✔ A description of the content that was removed and its original location before removal;
✔ A statement that you believe, under penalty of perjury, the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification;
✔ Your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email) along with a statement agreeing to accept service of process from the person who originally filed the notice.

Removal of Content

Upon receiving a counter-notice, we may send it to the original complainant and notify them of the potential for the content to be reinstated. If no legal action is taken, the content may be restored within ten to fourteen business days, at GameBolt.site's discretion.
